Come and get a taste of sesshin (a Zen intensive retreat) for just one day—good for those who have not yet done a longer retreat, and for those who would like to refresh their practice. This retreat, at Bright Stream temple, will include sitting (zazen) and walking (kinhin) meditation, a dharma talk in the morning, oryoki lunch, work period in afternoon and closing tea circle. Everyone welcome!
Retreat fee: $80 includes lunch. Half-fee for those on limited income.
Dana: Donations to the teacher may be made at the retreat or by e-transfer.
