In this gentle two-hour workshop we will explore inner practices that can help us in times of pain and illness, based on Tend to Your Spirit: Living Mindfully with Chronic Illness

Zenshin Florence Caplow is a Zen priest, teacher, and dharma heir of Bruce Fortin, in the Everyday Zen and Suzuki Roshi lineages. She is the co-author of The Hidden Lamp: Stories from Twenty-Five Centuries of Awakened Women. She lives and works in Port Angeles, Washington, and has lived with chronic illness for more than twenty-five years. Tend to Your Spirit is her newest book. 

Workshop fee: $30 ($15 for limited income) plus voluntary dana (donation) to the teacher.
