Seng T'san  

Trust in Mind is a sixth century poem, by Seng T'san, the third Chan (Zen) ancestor. It is one of the earliest Chan texts, and continues to inspire Zen students today. When it was written Chan was emerging as a distinctly Chinese expression of Buddhist practice. In this seminar we will discover how its message is relevant in our times as Buddhist practice takes root in our culture and society. 

Dharma seminar sessions will consist of two zazen periods, an informal talk, writing reflections (bring a notebook), small/large group discussion, followed by tea and snacks in the kitchen.

Please note schedule change: No dharma seminar April 18. There will be zazen with reading and tea circle instead. The final dharma seminar session will be April 25.
