This is an all-bodies/abilities offering to explore ways to cultivate and deepen an embodied movement practice. No special equipment or clothing is needed. We will use what is available within the zendo and at home.
In person attendance is drop-in basis and subject to current Covid requirements.

Fee: this class is offered on a sliding scale basis (0-$20) depending upon your means. Everyone is welcome. Pre-registration is not required. Payment can be in-person at the zendo, or online below.

Kakukō Kaye received lay ordination in 2015, priest ordination in 2019 and was shuso for the 2020 practice period. She is retired, with a colorful past of both personal and professional experiences. Now, a domestic homebody with loving husband Ian; and devoted servant to 3 joyful dogs. She is a registered yoga teacher (CYA-RYT 250) and currently undergoing 300-hour certification with Trauma Centre: Trauma-Sensitive Yoga (TCTSY).
