E-Commerce Test: Functionality, Usability, Edits
This test deals specifically with event registration, donations, including membership, and the MRZC mailing list sign-up process (and unsubscribe, if you like). A section is provided for each type of transaction, with a link to an event or donation page for testing, and two questions meant to quickly capture highlights/lowlights of your experience.
- Testing on the Squarespace platform can be done easily without needing to use a card.
- For recurring memberships, on MoonClerk, you need to use a real card but can donate just $1.00 CAD.
- You should be able to test these transactions without having an account on the site.
In testing event registration, feel free to navigate the Events area on your own and test events that aren't linked to from the survey.
Also, feel free to test all the transaction types at once or make a few passes and submit feedback on just a few transaction types at a time.
